Activities
The Activities Ministry strives to meet the needs of a wide segment of First Baptist Church. Sports include: Basketball in our college sized gym for adults, youth, and children beginning in the first grade and Softball on our lighted softball field for adults. Crafts are scheduled on a seasonal basis in the Arts and Crafts room in the Activities Center. The Activities Ministry also has responsibility for churchwide fellowships, travel, and retreats as well as special event programming. The Activities Committee works with ministries and groups within the church in planning retreats, outing, and special events.
Travel Opportunities
Throughout the year, there are opportunities for fellowship travel. These are not mission trips as the Missions Ministry sponsors. These are trips designed to allow you to fellowship with other church members, experience new cultures and places, and learn through tours.
